Mindwell acquired by SunGard
Mindwell was acquired by SunGard on October 5th,
2010. As part of SunGard, Mindwell will continue to offer system
specialist services and best practice experience to the capital
markets industry. We believe this move will offer a greater
range of business consulting services that reach further into
the operational and infrastructural challenges within our
clients’ organizations.
The combined consulting team will:

Broaden the scope of our services to include any aspect related to
implementing and maintaining a superior infrastructure for
position control and transaction processing

Increase our capacity to lead and engage in larger consulting assignments

Provide capital markets domain experience combined with financial
technology expertise to a global user community.
Ongoing assignments
Mindwell’s consultants will continue to
deliver as usual in ongoing assignments and commitments. To the
extent other partner technologies are part of these assignments,
a close dialogue will be initiated to ensure minimal or no
disruption to all affected clients and technology partners.
